GAK Construction recently undertook and finished the renovation of the eatery and souvenir facilities at Bushkill Falls. The text below is taken directly form the article.
Bushkill Falls has completed an $800,000 renovation of its food and beverage facility, as well as gift and souvenir shop.
“It’s been more than 30 years since we’ve completed such an undertaking to our food service environment,” said General Manager Donna Smith.
“The entire building was gutted and remodeled. We’ve installed state-of-the-art appliances, redesigned seating areas, built a new deck that increases seating availability, added new menu items, and improved traffic flow.”
A major feature of the remodeling reduces the time someone waits to receive food. The cafeteria-style layout allows diners to select items and quickly proceed to the check-out.
“We have seen an increase in customer satisfaction,” Smith said. “Repeat visitors are astounded by the changes which included removing the wall between the gift shop and dining areas. It has created a warm, spacious atmosphere.”
